Collection: Extended Performance Down Spirals and Up Spirals With Patented Micron Carbide- American Made Tooling with double the lifespan, significantly increasing your production

This Extended series is used when “maximum tool life˝  Is needed for cutting adhesive and abrasive material at a lower cost than coated
tools. Recommended for MDF or chipboard with melamine and laminates.

Downcut Spirals
are best suited for sizing, jointing, grooving and dividing in hard plastics and aluminum materials for cutting of openings and contours and traveling plunge cuts using Z and X or Y axis. These spirals are solid carbide, and have a endmill end point type. They provide an excellent finish on the top of the material and a poor finish on the bottom of the material. High rates of feed and best quality thanks to helical geometry.

Upcut Spirals are best suited for sizing, jointing, and dividing in raw and laminated panels for cutting of openings and contours and traveling plunge cuts using Z and X or Y axis. These spirals are solid carbide, and have a fishtail end point type. They provide an excellent finish on the bottom of the material and a poor finish on the top of the material. High rates of feed and best quality thanks to helical geometry.
